All deposits are non-refundable and refunds are only issued 21 days prior to the events for specific circumstances. No refunds are issued for outdoor events cancelled due to weather, inappropriate space or grounding for equipment or acts of God. In some cases a 50% store credit may be offered for use within 6 months.
